Prior to this, Suad served as a Senior Education Technical Advisor to the Somali Minister of Education and Culture, and Higher Education (MOECHE), where she leveraged her banking and finance knowledge to provide strategic guidance and support in the education sector. With a postgraduate degree in Special Education Needs & Inclusive Perspectives from the University of Roehampton in the United Kingdom, Suad combines her financial acumen with a deep understanding of inclusive education practices.
